October 27, 2015

Medical

At 8:34 AM, officers and Valpo Fire/Rescue responded to Alumni Hall for a student in need of medical attention.  Valpo Fire/Rescue transported the student to the Valpo Medical Center ER.

At 1:33 PM, officers and Valpo Fire/Rescue responded to Kroencke Hall for a student in need of medical attention.  The student refused further medical attention.

At 6:43 PM, an officer responded to the Chapel for a student in need of medical attention.  A family transported the student for treatment.

Medical

At 9:21 AM, officers responded to St. Theresa’s for a report of a student in need of medical attention.  Officers assisted the student.

At 2:44 PM, an officer responded to Wehrenberg Hall for a student in need of medical attention.  The officer assisted the student.

Property Damage

At 7:43 AM, an officer responded to Parking Ramp 8 for a vehicle that was struck by the parking arm.  There were no injuries and a report was taken.

Found Paraphernalia

At 2:53 PM, an employee turned in paraphernalia that was found at Brandt Hall.  

October 30, 2015

Assist Other Jurisdiction

At 10:08 PM, officers assisted Valparaiso City Police with a traffic accident at Sturdy Road and Martin Drive. A pedestrian was struck and was airlifted to the hospital.

October 31, 2015

Warrant Arrest

At 7:31 AM, an officer responded to Sturdy Road and arrested a person wanted on a Porter County, Indiana warrant.  The officer transported the person to the Porter County Jail.

Assist Other Jurisdiction

At 8:10 AM, an officer assisted Valparaiso City Police with a vehicle crash involving a school bus at US 30 and Strongbow Drive. There were no injuries reported.

Medical

At 10:31 AM, an officer and Valpo Fire/Rescue responded to Alumni Hall for a student in need of medical attention.  Valpo Fire/Rescue transported the student to Porter Regional Hospital.

Theft

At 10:08 PM, an officer responded to the Harre Union for a theft.  

November 01, 2015

Medical

At 1:27 AM, an officer and Valpo Fire/Rescue responded to Alan Drive for a student in need of medical attention.  Valpo Fire/Rescue transported the student to Porter Regional Hospital.

At 1:29 AM, an officer and Valpo Fire/Rescue responded to Scheele Hall for a student with alcohol poisoning in need of medical attention.  Valpo Fire/Rescue transported the student to the Valparaiso Medical Center.
