More on Prince’s Death

Pop icon Prince has died at age 57 in his Minneapolis home. The officers who were called to the scene said they found the star in an elevator unresponsive. Jim Olson, Carver County Sheriff, says first responders tried CPR but singer couldn’t be revived. Olson also said that Prince was pronounced dead at 10:07 a.m. Thursday, about half an hour after deputies arrived. The cause of death is still being investigated. Prince’s publicist, Yvette Noel-Scure confirmed the singers death with a statement saying, “ It is with profound sadness that I am confirming that the legendary, iconic, performer, Prince Rogers Nelson, has died at his Paisley Park residence this morning at the age of 57.” Many celebrities and fans are mourning the loss of Prince, sending out numerous tweets about the singers passing.
